We are pleased to announce the arrival of Igor Doumenc, as partner of the firm, who shall strengthen our practice in Merger & Acquisition / Private Equity.

Igor regularly assists French and international investors (investment funds, business angels, family offices, financial intermediaries), corporations in expansion and development, SMEs and industrial groups, together with entrepreneurs and management teams.

Igor has a strong international culture, is fluent in English and in Russian, and is actively participating to negotiations of international commercial agreements (such as joint-ventures, consortium, PPP, BOT, DBOM).

 

Olivia Flipo and Thomas Beaugrand actively participated to the conception and drafting of the Legal Manual relating to the use of Free Licences that Syntec Infomatique (the French Software Association) and FniLL (the French Federation for Free Software Industry) are about to publish.
