We have considerable experience in the field of telecommunications law, which has undergone a significant evolution with the phenomena of technological convergence. We advise our clients (operators, MVNO, service suppliers), regarding all questions involving "electronic communications" law, according to the new terminology in force and effect. We act by providing advice as respects regulatory matters (authorization, declarations, obligations incumbent upon operators), contracts and litigation. We have, for example, acted in connection with the implementation of network deployment agreements and our assistance is frequently sought with respect to the holding liable Internet actors (FAI, host, editors, search engines, etc.). We also assist our clients in connection with their steps with the competent authorities, and more particularly the ARCEP (regulatory authority for telecommunications), the CNIL, the CSA (Audiovisual Superior Committee) and the Comité de la Télématique Anonyme (Committee for Anonymous Telematics). |
