Member of the Paris Bar, Thomas received a DESS in Multimedia and Computer Law, and a DEA in Contract Law, from the University of Panthéon-Assas Paris II.

He began his career with Isabelle Tellier, in the Computer and Industry Department of Alain Bensoussan Avocats. There, his practice focuses on the many problems of Computer law, and precisely : launching and follow-up of data-processing projects (integration, deployment and services), writing and negotiating contracts, consultations (ERP, personal data protection and networks, multimedia, internet trade…), technologic disputes and expertises.

Thomas joined Staub & Associés in January 2007.

During his studies, he was interested in copyright law under its variations, and could bring his council to musical edition and spectacle companies. Moved by the increasing interactions between creation and new communication technologies, he wrote a report on the philosophy of copyleft and its possible implementation in the French legal system.

His practice mainly relates to computer and media law, intellectual property, personal data protection, and more generally contract law and commercial litigation.

Thomas is 35 years old.
