Registered lawyer with Paris Bar since 1997, Gwenaëlle obtained a high degree in Economic and Social law from Paris Dauphine University. She also obtained a specialized degree in Social law and Civil Procedure from Paris Assas University.
Between 2000 and 2007, she worked within the labour law department of Ernst & Young Firm where she dealt with individual and collective issues (employment contract, individual and collective dismissals, implementation of the 35 hours, social aspects relating to merger and acquisition, assistance in outsourcing process). As from 2006, she developed a specific expertise in collective social plan and company reorganizations, that she reinforced by joining Franklin firm in 2007. In this respect, she was active in the field of company closure, and in counselling companies in the management of union representatives relationships.
Gwenaëlle has also a thorough experience in the « day to day » relationship with clients and in suggesting adequate solutions in connection with the involved issues.
Member of CILS (Center International for legal Studies), she is often invited to participate to various international conferences with a view to training foreign lawyers in labour law.
Early 2009, she joined the Staub & Associés team as a Partner in Labour law, in order to take full responsibility of individual and collective labour issues of the Firm’s clients and more particularly in the day to day management of human resources, the communication strategy vis-à-vis union representatives, and collective redundancy procedure.
Gwenaëlle is 40 years old, she is married and has 2 children. She practices tennis, jogging, and swimming.
