Member of the Paris Bar since 1995, Lionel earns a Master’s degree in International Business Law (University of Rennes) and a Master’s Certificate in Civil Law under the ERASMUS exchange programme in Cardiff.

After working for 2 years as an associate in the Boccara law firm, he joined the France Telecom Networks and services International Departement, and laws nominated legal officer for the French and Spanish subsidiaries of Worldcom/Verizon.

He then held the position of International Legal Officer of ILOG (2004-2007), prior to leading the corporate law activities of Monaco Telecom from 2007 to 2010.

Lionel is once again a member of the Paris Bar, and practises independently, working in partnership with Staub & Associés.

He assists many telecom and computer service providers as well as their clients.

Lionel is 41 years old, married with four children, plays tennis and likes to jog.
